"Love Story." "Tim McGraw." "Picture to Burn." These are just three of Taylor Swift's number one hits on the music charts. She has sold over 5 million albums worldwide and is still counting. Miss Swift is nineteen years old and almost as successful as some of the oldest and biggest country names. Growing up in a small PA suburb, Taylor Swift knows what it is like not to fit in: as a preteen, Taylor was teased and bullied at school for wanting to be a country singer. At age fourteen the Swift family moved to Nashville so Taylor could persue her career and at sixteen years old she got a record deal with a new label, Big Machine Records.Taylor Swift could be loved by all country music lovers because of her determination to be successful at such a young age, for receiving a CMA for her latest album, "Fearless", and the songs she writes.

See if you can combine one or two,.... Also, I think songs go in quotation marks. Check this please.
How many girls dream of becoming famous when they are little? How many want to sing and dance? Every little girl at one point wants to be famous; to sing and dance and go to parties. But as those girls grow up that dream of being a pop star gets pushed to the back of their minds, overcome by more important tasks and different dreams. Sometimes though, stardom is all a girl can dream about, think about; some start to do something about it. They sing at clubs and audition for those "get discovered" shows among the other million people out there who have just as much of a chance. Taylor Swift knew she wanted to be a country singer from the time she was three. Giving up when the going got tough was never an attitude she let herself consider. Dreams are something everyone has and as we move through life dreams can take a back seat to everything else in the world. Soon are the desire to be a singer, or an acrobat, or to be a tennis player are given up on and forgotten....drown out by reality. Taylor Swift did not let that happen. Shelistened to her dreams; kept them close to the surface, knowing that she would fulfill them. Singing and writing music was the only thing Taylor has ever done, and even when kids at school made fun of her for wanting to sing country music, her ambitions never ceased. The dreams of childhood are worth chasing after; children
don't waste their time on pointless gradure so that dream of being a racecar driver or a football player are realistic. Taylor Swift could be loved by all country music lovers because of her determination to be successful at such a young age, for recieving a CMA for her latest al bum, "Fearless", and the songs she writes.

At age eight, Swift started writing poems. She wrote about what she knew:monsters in her closet. Two years later that inspiration to write stayed with her; she began writing songs and music. She wrote about life and love and everything that mattered to her. SSoon enough she was singing in karaoke bars and town fairs also. Taylor was even apart of the SNL inspired kids comedy group TheatreKids Live!. It was Kirk Cremer's mother who suggested Taylor persue a Country Music Career instead of a theatre one. Soon after that Cremer himself showcased Taylor at a local Wyomissing mall on weeknights where she'd sing with karaoke back up. With the support of her family and growing fan base, Swift started singing at more open mike nights and karaoke bars. Her first major appearance was at the Bloomsburg Fair, arranged by Pat Garett, when she was only twelve. Taylor's biggest influence is Shania Twain. But her other influences are her oprea singing grandma and LeAnn Rimes. At eleven taylor made her first trip to Nashville, hoping to get a record deal with one of the big names there. Every label on Music Row got a copy of Taylor's karaoke demos and she was hopeful. Upon returning to Pennsylvania, Taylor was asked to sing her rendition of the national anthem at the US Open Tennis Match. Not until Taylor turned fourteen was anymore said about recording. Although she never gave up. The Swift family picked up their lives and moved to a Nashville suburb, so Taylor could further her dream. With a guitar and a folder of music in hand Taylor went from place to place playing her own works. And then it happened. The Bluebird Cafe....a fifteen year old girl and a guitar singing one of her own pieces....caught the attention of Scott Borchetta and his new label, Big Machine Records.Taylor then went on to become the youngest staff writer at Sony/ATV Tree Publishing House. Determination drove her, but she was lead by her dreams. Recording sessions, performances, and interviews things Taylor never knew about became part of her daily life. Stardom was all she ever wanted, and now that she was working her way up she was going to show everyone she meant business. Swift's first single, Tim McGraw, realesed on a Nashville radio station in eazrly 2006 hit number six on Hot Country Music chart during the week of January 27, 2007. Inspired by her senior boyfriend who was about to go off to college, Taylor started thin king of all the things that were going to remind her of him. The first thing she thought of was her favorite country artist, Tim McGraw.
